Unlock Your True Potential With Brain Doubling

Your life raft in the BrainStorm

This chapter of my story isn’t just about applying professional expertise.

Launching my own business isn’t just about creating a vehicle through which I can share the professional expertise that I have learned throughout my career in Human Resources, Municipal Planning, and Community Development, it’s more so about sharing how I have overcome the additional struggles of weathering the tight grip that ADHD has had on my attention, and how I have learned to lockdown inappropriate impulses as best as I can, while riding the tides of sensory challenges, bewilderment, and burnout.

I want to share what’s worked for me to repeatedly resuscitate myself and to establish a reliable pattern of resilience.

I hope to be engaged by other neurodiverse adults, their friends and families, and their employers.

I believe deeply that respect and a sense of safety are the cornerstones to maximizing neurodivergent gifts. I am a big fan of unconditional positive regard (thank you Carl Rogers) and using different lenses or constructs to make mundane topics like time management more palatable.

I also adore the Polyvagal theory (thank you Dr. Porges) and my main goal is to create a safe space for you to verbally process all of your concerns, so that you can go forth and pollenate more safe spaces.

The first program that I am pleased to share is the Self Love Program – (all hail Valentine’s Day!)

I have designed this program as a skeleton with which to address all the issues you are most likely dealing with as a NeuroSensitive person. Throughout 12 sessions, we will use the lens of Chakras and energy healing to see where your selfcare benchmark sits, and strategize ways to upgrade them.

I have playfully dubbed this program: “I love i”, which is a play on:

“I love my inner child” (thank you Carl Jung), or:

“I love my mini-me” (thank you Austin Powers!)

I will release more information and start taking clients in the coming weeks. Please send me your email address if you would like to be first in line: theresa@braindoubling.ca
